Tds on transportation charges paid

Please let me know the procedure of tds transportation charges paid....is there any specific form(like 15g,15h) for transportation charges paid,which is to be submitted in I.T office....contractor is having PAN.....

For transporter there is no such form. If PAN provided then TDS not required to be deducted. Only transaction needs to be reported in TDS return.
