IF A TRASNPORTER DOES NOT SUBMIT OWN PAN NO AND TOTAL PAYMENT MADE BY US TO HIM DURING THE 2010-10 DOESNOT EXCEEDS RS 75000 THEN TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED OR NOT

In case of any contractor if total sum credited to his account does not exceed 75000
and a single contract is not exceeding Rs 30000/ then no need to deduct tax.
