Tds on Transport

24 April 2010 if supplier issue sale bill & issue saperate bill(debit Note) of transport charges in the name of suplier. supplier said, he already deduct tds on transport charges & paid to charges to trasnporter & collect this amount to us. so my query is we deduct tds on this transport charges or not. becoz supplier already deduct tds for transporter
