Tds on Transport

if supplier issue sale bill & issue saperate bill(debit Note) of transport charges in the name of suplier. supplier said, he already deduct tds on transport charges & paid to charges to trasnporter & collect this amount to us. so my query is we deduct tds on this transport charges or not. becoz supplier already deduct tds for transporter

no you are not required to deduct TDS if the same is already deducted b supplier.
