Tds on training in foreign country

21 July 2015 Dear Experts,

few employees of our company are going to Germany for a technical training from a company there. for this we have to remit them funds in advance. In this regard my query is whether TDS has to be deducted on the remittance u/s 195?

Plz advice. Very urgent.

21 July 2015 TDS will not applicable for reiumbursement of expenses. Therefore, sec. 195 will not applicable.
