We are manufacturing co.Can I deduct tds on Tour & Traveling agent and wat section it will be belong.

Yes you must deduct tds.
but remember one thing- if tour and travel agent provide all in one bill i.e. ticket exp + service charges then deduct tds on full amount. but if he is giving two bills one for ticket exp and one for his services then only on services bill tds will be deducted. sec 194 C is applicable.
