we prop. concern order sweets & snacks to reputed shops for distributed to our client & staff on deepawali against which we paid Rs.10000/-by one cheque & 38910/- for other cheque. They supply us special readymade pack of Haldiram. we booked such exp. under head "Business Promotion"
please guide us shall we liable to deduct TDS u/s 194C.
