TDS on sublease Rent

We are paying rent under sub lease agreement to our sister company should we need to deduct TDS on this or not. Please clarify

Yes. section 194I applicable for sublease also

But we are paying rent to same group of company

Even though same group, under tax each company is different entity, so TDS will apply
