u/s 194J tds is applicable if the fees exceeds the threshold limit

stock audit fees paid to the auditor is liable for deduction of tds u/s 194j

ye if limit exceeds then tds will be deduction u/s 194J.

but we have not paid fees to the auditor bank has debited stock audit fees in my account than also TDS u/s 194J is to be deducted
