I TAKE A SPACE IN STADIUM FOR ADVERTISEMENT. SO WHICH SECTION IT IS TREATED 194C OR 194I

Dear Kanchan Some, the TDS will be deducted under 194C and not under 194I. As to deduct tds UNDER SECTION 194I payee must have control over the asset and in the above said case you donao get any control over the asset i.e. Stadium.
