TDS on sale of property

09 May 2020 I want ask about tds on sale of property we have deposited tds on sale of property in march, 2020 but regisrty of house has not been done in march, 2020 due to covid-19. In the above situation tds can be refunded to buyer after any rectification.

09 May 2020 No rectification can be made on payment made. Refund TDS to the buyer and seller has to claim it In his ITR.
