Is TDS be deducted on sale of material?????? or shall the tds be deducted on supply of labour services only??

It likes to b a Works Contract u r asking about. TDS will b applicable on labour service only and not on material part.

tds will deducted on labour exp. u/s 194C
@1% for individual/ HUF or 2% for other than individual/HUF.
