Hi,
Is provision related deposit of TDS till 31st may is applicable in case of salary also i.e. in case salary provision is done on 31st march then is it possible to deposit tds on 31st may?

No. In case of salary, tax should be deposited within a week from the last day of the month in which the tax is deducted

AGREE WITH EXPERT. TDS ON SALARY IS TO BE DEDUCTED ON PAYMENT BASIS AND HENCE SHOULD BE DEPOSITED WITHIN 7TH OF NEXT MONTH.
