what is the procedure to deduct the TDS from salary, pls explain me with Eg

28 May 2010 Estimate the Income Tax payable by the employee on the basis of his salary, other income and investments etc. reported by the employee.

Deduct the tax in equal instalments during the remaining months of the year.

The instalment/amount can be increased/decreased if there is any change in the data used for estimate.
