Which column I have to select that is company dedicatee or non company deductee

Salary y be paid to individual employees so you have to obviously choose non company deductee.

If same bank clearance you can write your self income tax, if other bank cheque presented different bank mention bank-income tax a/c since it will go for clearing.

Dear Ramachandra, kindly go to Bank with unfilled cheque on that place and ask the banker what to fill there. They will guide you.

If you deposit cheque in your drawee bank you write yourself income tax since a/c maintained in same bank they will immediately debit your a/c.eg Canada bank cheque deposited in Canada bank.
If you deposit the cheque other than drawee bank than it will go for clearance so you can write depositing bank name a/c income tax . Canada bank cheque presented in other than canara bank.
