08 January 2016 Salary has been deducted on 15.12.2015 but TDS on the same has not been paid yet. If it has been paid today, then whether any interest will be liable or not?

11 January 2016 it should be paid on or before 7th of following month in your case it is 7.1.16

01 February 2016 You show deduction for January month so that you can avoid interest on liability 1.5% for dec,jan,Feb for 3 months, you are also liable for TDS e-Filing which is due 15 Jan 2016 for Oct-dec Quarter. Non filing of return you have to pay late fee u/s 234E 200 per day.
