whether tds will be deducted by employer
on notice pay deducted from employee final settlement.

Notice pay is to be deducted from the Gross Salary and hence TDS is applicable only on the Net Salary excluding Notice pay.

tds on salary will be deducted on total earning . notice pay not deducted from your earning.
