For the FY 11-12, 614736 is deducted from salary as tds. Out of the 614736/- amount 90000 deducted under one TAN and remaining amount deducted under other TAN
Now department has issued Intimation U/s 143(1) for short deduction of 90000 deducted under one of TAN. But Form 26AS is showing the full credit of 614736.

You can reply to notice submitting 26 AS as proof & also copy of challan thru which TDS was deposited.
You can also submit status of challan thru TRACES website.
