26 June 2013 During the F Y 2012-13, job was changed. PF from former employer was encashed and was credited to savings bank. Previous employer has taken employers share of P F and interest thereon and taken as profits in lieu of salary. TDS has been deducted on this amount.
Is this treatment by former employer correct ?
