04 August 2020 I have paid Rs.390000/- as salary to A for the FY 2019-20? Mr A has no investment
My questions is
(1) should it require to deduct the TDS
(2) should I require to file TDS return

05 August 2020 1. No, you are not required to deduct TDS.
2. Also, you are not required to File TDS Return. But you may give your employee a Salary Certificate in Form 16 to your employee.
