I have paid Rs.390000/- as salary to A for the FY 2019-20? Mr A has no investment
My questions is
(1) should it require to deduct the TDS
(2) should I require to file TDS return

1. No, you are not required to deduct TDS.
2. Also, you are not required to File TDS Return. But you may give your employee a Salary Certificate in Form 16 to your employee.
