12 April 2014 There is no specific rate for TDS on Salary. TDS shall be deduct on salary as the rate of tax prescribed for individual assesses including surcharge(if any) and education cess.

rate are applicable as slab wise if income more than 2 lacs then you have to
collect PAN of employee

and apply tax slab and divide the total tax by 12 then come tds to be deduct per month of employee
