12 August 2010 The salaries for the month of July 2010 is paid on 11.08.2010.. TDS dedcuted to be deposited on which of the following Dates

by 18.08.2010 (within 07 days of payment)
by 07.09.2010 (by 07th of subsequent months as applicable for other TDS provisions)

it cant be 07.08.2010 as TDS on salary is paid on payment basis & not accrual basis
