23 August 2014 If car is given from firm for repair after accident & claim amt have cover from insurance co. estimate have given of 2.30 lacs & insurance company paid to workshop 1.80 agaisnt single billing of 2.30 diff amt paid from concern ( In which labour & spare are include .70 labour & 1.60 spares ) so pls confirm tds have to deduct on full amt or only labour amt or to deduct claim amt.
