If we paid Rs. 35000/- in a single cheque to any party during the financial year but there are 3 bills (9000+12500+13500) on different dates. so pls suggest that tds will be applicable in this case or not.
because the threshold limit is 75000/- aggregrate in a year and 30000/- in a single payment.
so will this applicable in payment or credit of bills.
