But sir if PAN is also same as the both are Parent co. and subsidiary then also to be deducted ?? Please reply.

No TDS in case of single PAN.
In case of subsidiary company PAN will be different and TDS applicable.
In case of subsidiary company PAN will be different and TDS applicable.
