The threshold limit u/s 194I is 180000 pls let me know is there any single payment limit for the same?

From 1.6.2017,individual /HUF (not covered under Tax Audit) paying rent to a resident exceeding Rs 50,000 per month are also liable to deduct TDS @ 5%.This is amendment from 2017 budget
