I wanna know that will TDS be deducted on machinery? If machinery has been imported on rental basis.

Yes TDS is to be deducted.

First u confirm whether the lease is operating of finance lease. If it is a finance lease than check wether that exporter have business connection in india, if yes than u have to deduct the TDS and the amount of TDS has to be taken for Assesing officer.
If it is operating lease than TDS has to be deducted as the same.
