Under what sec TDS deducted on rent income from immovable property??
On which amount TDS deducted?? only on rent income or including Service Tax???

1. TDS is deducted u/s 194I
2. TDS is deducted only on the rent amount excluding service tax. Please read circular number 4/2008.
