Tds on rent by individuals/huf - reg

24 November 2017 Individuals and HUF paying rent exceeding Rs.50000 per month need to deduct TDS @ 5%, once in a year, sec. 194IB. Kindly clarify whether monthly TDS shall be made and remitted to Govt Account, like other TDS remittances
