Is there any provision to a company to deduct the tax at source@7.75% on rent.

If the Assessee has taken certificate of lower deduction from AO, then the Company has to deduct tax at the rate specified in that certificate otherwise it has to deduct tax at the rates specified in the Act and Rules.

There is no specefic rate of 7.75 % under sec 194I but if the person got special lesser rate from AO it is possible
