WE(INDIVIDUAL) HAVE GIVEN OUR RESIDENTIAL FLAT ON RENT TO A PVT. LTD.COMPANY.
ANNUAL RENT 91200
THE CO. HAS BEEN DEDUCTING T.D.S ON THIS AMT ALTHOUGH IT IS LESS THAN THE LIMIT OF RS.120000/-
CAN WE DO ANYTHING TO AVOID T.D.S??

company cannot deduct tds u can talk to compay not to deduct tds or u can complaint to assessing officer

If company is deducting TDS i think they have forgot the rule. Just remind them. Law is with you.
