11 July 2010 WE(INDIVIDUAL) HAVE GIVEN OUR RESIDENTIAL FLAT ON RENT TO A PVT. LTD.COMPANY.

ANNUAL RENT 91200

THE CO. HAS BEEN DEDUCTING T.D.S ON THIS AMT ALTHOUGH IT IS LESS THAN THE LIMIT OF RS.120000/-

CAN WE DO ANYTHING TO AVOID T.D.S??
