TDS on rent

TDS on rent is 10% upto a limit of RS.120000P.A..From 1st july the ceiling is going to be 180000.pls tell me if we are required to deducted TDS now if we are paying rent of Rs.150000.

TDS IS REQUIRED TO BE DEDUCTED AS THE LIMIT TILL 30.06.2010 IS RS. 1.2 LACS..
FROM 01.07.2010 YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO DEDUCT TDS AS THE REVISED LIMIT OF RS. 1.8 LACS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
