Tds on rent

Dear all,
Please help on below query.
I am paying Rent to office owner Rs. 180,000.00 P.A. can I duduct Tds from payment or not. because slab is saying above 180,000.00. is equal to 1.8 is able to deduct TDS.i

Rs. 180000 is a threshold limit i.e. TDS is to deducted only if payment is above Rs. 180000.00,hence you are not liable to deduct TDS.
