our company purchased plastic bottles from outside party, and that bottles filled our company liquid.
outside party given vat bill on that tds deducted or not?

you purchase the empty bottles from outsiders and outsiders charged vat on total sales that is trading transaction and not service transaction so in trading activity no tds is to be deducted

It is purely purchase transaction so it doesn`t attract tds provision.
