We engage lot of vendors for devloping tool for auto parts. Please suggest under what section should I deduct TDS on Proto tool development cost. Should I apply 194C or 194J

04 October 2019 You can deduct tds u/s 194C as the tool manufacturers are not covered under the definition of professionals.
