10 September 2019 I have purchase land (not rural area land) amounting to Rs. 75 lacs from one family (by faith Muslim) members, please advice whether TDS is required in following cases :

1. Total four no of deeds are executed and value of each deed is below Rs. 50 lacs
My question : Sec 194I transaction wise or aggregate amount of transaction during financial year

2. Elder brother gets extra share as per Muslim Law, paid Rs. 55 lacs out of Rs. 75 lacs
My question :
a) Sec 194I transaction wise or aggregate amount of transaction during financial year,
b) if required then TDS Rs. 55 lacs or on Rs. 50 lacs ]
