Our's is a PF Exempted Trust, one of our employee left our orgnisation before completion of 5 years service and intended to draw his pf accumulation. plese tell us that whether we need to deduct TDS while paying his dues.
Also, one of employee left the job after completion of 58 years and not drawn his pf accumulation till age of 65 years. and intended to draw now. will we need to recover any tax from him.
