TDS on PF withdraw

I have worked with a company for 2 years.
I have now resigned and moving abroad for another employment.

Do I have an option to hold my EPF & EPS i.e. choose to not withdraw.

In case the only option I have is - to withdraw - then will there be any TDS applied and at what rate ?

26 February 2011 Its not necessary to withdraw. Whenever you return india and join new job, you can get the funds transferred with new employer. If you are withdrawing, I think, EPS can not be withdrawn. No TDS will be deducted on EPF.
