tds on Pf settlement

I resigned my job in july 2008 and doing my MS at usa .Now i got my pf settlement in that rs 24000 is deducted under TDS .Can i get back that amount by submitting returns

Yes. Whatever amount is due to you as per Computation of Total Income from all sources including PF settlement, you will get Refund
