NO TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED IF TRANSPORTER FURNISHERS PAN COPY.BUT THE PAYER IS TO FILE DETAILS WITH INCOME TAX AUTHORITY IN " PRESCRIBED FORM AND PRESCRIBED PERIOD".PLEASE TELL ME THE FORM AND PERIOD

file the details in quarterly tds return (online) with in 14 days from the end of qtr.in case of last qtr, time limit is with in 44 days from the end of last qtr.

Dear Member there is no other form need to be file for non deduction of TDS. Just fill details in 26Q form (Quaterly Return) mention transporter's PAN number and TAG the transporter condition.
