hiiiii,
If we paid any amount to a non-resident in zambia for providing us contract of sale in that country then what rate of TDS will be applicable on this payment.
and can the non resident claim benefit of TDS in their country.

section 195 is applicable for tds and u need to check for any tds benefit in that country.

you have to deducted the tds u/s 195@ 10% if he have PAN otherwise @ 20% tds will applicable.
