TDS on payment to Contractor

17 January 2009 If it is a single Work Order, in which the supply and labour charges are mentioned separately. Contractor is charging Excise, VAT and Service Tax in the bill. Whether any/all the three taxes to be included while calculating the TDS (under Income Tax)?
