TDS on payment contractual employee.

Government of Bihar under NRHM Health Project has formed State health society at state level and district health society at district level.
State /District Health Society has appointed many employee at different level designation as Consultant State/ District Programme Manager , Consultant State/ District Accounts Manager , Doctors, Nurses, Health Manager, Accountant on Contractual basis.All are wholetime employee of health society.
All these staff get montly remuneration .
Please provide applicable rate TDS for this related payment. Provide guidance regarding ASSESSMENT OF TAX OF THES EMPLOYEE.

17 January 2011 If they are on role of the Society, we need to calculate the each employee income for the financial year & need to arrive the tax liability as per Income tax slab, tax need to deduct as per monthly average EMI.
