Hi,
A company has got a LAN Internet connection from Sify for its office and paying quarterly bills of around Rs 250000/-.Need it to deduct the TDS over the amt being paid to service provider?
ANy case law or notification will help.

There is no need to deduct TDS on payments to fax, internet. there is board circular regard u can get by search

What if i am paying Internet charges to a local pvt service provider?Will it be exempt in that case also?
What abt Telephone charges when abt 100 lines are taken and bill paid for them monthly?
