Whether TDS is to be deducted on Internet charges paid on monthly fixed basis?

It is alike Electric bill & Telephone bill.
Do u see any electric or telephone bill in which TDS is deducted??
No TDS will be deducted on that.

Fixed payment made for Internet is as per the plan u opt for...an usage of internet connection for which the internet provider may ask for deposit to continue their service.
