08 June 2016 Dear Sir, Is TDS applicable on the following case: Employees are sent outside India to the Supplier's Place for Training regarding goods provided by the supplier and supplier charges us fees for the same. Can the fees charged by the supplier be termed as fees for technical services as per section 9(1)(vii) and Consequently chargeable to TDS

08 June 2016 services are provided out side india,, service tax not applicable. regarding tds in my opinion tds will not applicable. its not chargeable in india for NRI company.
