14 September 2016 Can payment made to Non Resident , having business connection in India towards purchase of Raw Material liable for TDS? Also If payment made to non resident directly principle to principle basis without any concern with indian business connection for import of Raw Material? Please provide justification with income tax act and rules thereof.
