I want to ask that i have a proprietor ship firm in delhi i have purchased a land other then agriculture rs. 51 lac after 1/6/2013 can i deducts tds my firm s pan? Please tell

28 April 2014 There is no separate PAN of proprietorship firm. In this case, PAN of proprietor is used for ITR of firm.
