Form 26QB can be filed one time with in 7 days from the month of deduction
with in 15 days from the date of filing you can download from TRACES website
with in 15 days from the date of filing you can download from TRACES website

yes. form 26QB can be used only one deductee, in one time you can use 5 individual challan

sir please tell what is the procedure for filling tds return in form 26QB
somewhere i read that form 26QB is challan cum statement..
and in the above case: according to you first i have to file 5 challans for different properties in form 26QB and Return seperately . ?

One form 26QB has filed with 1 deductee only. so you can use the 5 challan cum statement for each deductee
