TDS on HOTEL booking thru agent/co.

Dear
We are getting booked hotel thru a regd. travelling co. for our employees (when on tour) at various location in India. Some time this booking is with meals sometimes without meals.
Also we booked Train/air ticket thru the same travelling co.
Please advise whether we should deduct TDS out of the payment to The travelling co.

The TDS shall be aplicable in the following manner:-
1. It is applicable only on hotel bill not on ticket payment.
2. In case the ticket booking include the Commission of booking the same , then TDS shall be applicable only on that part.
