TDS on Hotel Booking made abroad

08 June 2011 A Pvt Ltd company is going to book hotel abroad for delegates attending a meeting organized by company.
Is the company liable to deduct TDS on full advance payment to hotel?
Company will also be paying daily allowance in forex to delegates in cash?
Will it attract FEMA Provisions?

11 June 2011 The company is not liable to deduct tax as the income of hotel situated abroad, is not taxable in India.
